Hi, I’m Chloe.
Mummy of two, infant sleep consultant and former primary school teacher. I have been where you are now and am here to tell you that it can get better, I absolutely promise you.
Baby and toddler sleep challenges can be all consuming. Constantly second guessing yourself about what worked and what didn’t, frantic googling for the ‘answer’ at 3am and feeling like somehow you’re doing something wrong (even though you are not). It really is a lot!
When you’re constantly exhausted, it’s also difficult to be the parent (and person!) you want to be. Sleep deprivation is real and the effects can be huge on both physical and mental health.

Working with me one to one is a fantastic way of making huge changes to your little one’s sleep and ensuring lasting sleep success and better rest for the whole family.
I offer two sleep transformation packages with different levels of support. You can choose to have me on hand for 7 or 21 days. Pay in 3 is available for both of my packages.

Why am I the sleep consultant for you?
I offer truly tailored, bespoke solutions. There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution to sleep. I look at the whole picture and take into account your family life and routines, your little one’s temperament and sleep needs and your parenting style, ethos and sleep goals - I put it all together to create a solution that WORKS.
I use effective methods which are grounded in research and evidence. I cannot guarantee you ‘no tears’. What I can guarantee you is that we can make real, tangible improvements to sleep in under a week.
If you want it, I offer support over a 3 week period while you are following the sleep plan. This means I am with you every step of the way to cheerlead, troubleshoot and offer guidance and advice.
