“The night before we started my girl woke every 20 minutes and I was at breaking point. I started Chloe’s plan that day and we almost immediately saw incredible results. Night wakes reduced OVERNIGHT and by day 3 she was only waking twice for scheduled feeds I wanted to keep. By day 5, she slept right through her first scheduled feed and only woke ONCE all night. "Chloe has been absolutely wonderful in helping us sort out our daughter’s sleep. She put together a plan for us to get our daughter into a routine which has worked amazingly. She worked with us to reach our goal of getting our daughter sleeping without us and it has been life changing. Prior to working with Chloe , our 6 month old daughter only slept in our arms for both her naps and through the night. We used to split the night and take it in turns holding her as she slept which basically meant neither of us were getting sleep. Her sleep was so erratic in that she slept 6+ hours through the day and wasn’t differentiating day sleep with night. We had absolutely no faith that she would be able to sleep independently and she has managed to do exactly that from the very first night. She now sleeps in her cot in her own room through the night- all which was accomplished within a week and we saw results from the very first night. "Chloe was incredibly helpful in getting our 6 month old daughter into a consistent and predictable nap and sleep routine. We found Chloe’s method to be quick and effective without causing too many tears (from baby - or us!) and within the week we’d gone from a baby who used a dummy and woke up 5+ times a night, to one who sleeps in her own room, no dummy, and wakes max once per night. Couldn’t recommend Chloe more, she guided us through the process gently and positively, encouraging us and providing support where needed. If you’re thinking about sleep training - just do it, we’re so pleased we did and so pleased we chose Chloe to help us 🤍"

"I cannot recommend this enough! I went from waking up 9 times a night; rocking, shushing and feeding my baby to sleep every night to being able to place him in his cot and go about my evening. I feel like myself again! I am sleeping with only 2 feeds a night and can put him down to sleep knowing he will do a really good stint before waking again. He settles himself to sleep and is generally just in a really good routine now! I cannot believe how fast it worked and the support was just phenomenal. Cannot thank Chloe enough for her unbelievable support and service and the fact that she was just so friendly and helpful all of the time! Thank you again and I will always be so grateful to you!"

"After struggling with sleepless nights and going back to work looming, I decided enough was enough and contacted Chloe. Truthfully, I wasn't sure anything was going to work, but when Chloe released her email only package (which was more affordable for me) I decided I'd give it a go. I am so glad I did, within a few days my son went from waking every 1 or 2 hours, spending a lot of the night i n bed with us, sleeping on top of us (he wouldn't even sleep next to us instead) and feeding for most night wakes, to only waking once or twice a night. Having a clear plan for naps and how to gradually reduce supporting him to sleep helped massively! Admittedly, we haven't followed the plan completely as he had managed to catch a fair few illnesses since we started but even with this he is sleeping so much better! We have our evenings back to relax before heading to bed ourselves and he often resettles himself throughout the night. Whenever I have had a question about a possible change in routine (i.e. dropping a nap) Chloe has responded quickly to my messages and I still feel super supported by her! She was eager to hear how his sleep was going which helped me to persevere with the plan! Thank you so much Chloe!"

"We were nervous about sleep training (and put it off until we were at breaking point) but as soon as we met chloe on our first video call we felt confident that we had made the right decision and that we were in good hands. Chloe's gentle and flexible methods suited us perfectly. Our 10 month old baby was waking every 2 hours most nights since she was born. We'd tried various things and considered ourselves to be quite well read up on baby sleep but the knowledge Chloe provided was incredible, and importantly she gave us the confidence and reassurance to stick to the plan. Within just one day of the plan our baby was only waking up twice a night! And within 2 weeks of the plan she was only waking once a night. When we first set our goal of one wake a night we thought it was an impossible challenge but here were are with it achieved! Chloe's methods allow you to still listen to your instincts whilst sleep training and she even let us pause the plan when baby was unwell. The help and support Chloe provided us has exceeded all expectations. Our only regret is not signing up to her plan sooner! I cannot recommend Chloe enough!"

"Our experience with Chloe was nothing short of exceptional. Chloe is meticulous and highly detail oriented which really helped us identify changes we needed to make to help improve our 8 month old son's sleep pattern. Sometimes it’s hard to see what you need to do when you are so sleep deprived and that’s where Chloe came in. Best of all, Chloe tailored our sleep goals to fit within our very busy family life. "Chloe has helped us immensely with our 19 month old. He was in our bed every night and only wanting to fall asleep in our arms. Chloe was great at listening to us, very supportive, yet firm (just as important!) and told us step by step a gradual approach to getting him to sleep on his own. You want your child to be independent in other ways of their life such as getting dressed, feeding themselves, so I think it is just important for them to learn how to sleep independently too, we just didn't know how but Chloe has taught us and we feel equipped for what happens in the future as he grows and changes. I have recommended Chloe to my other mum friends too. Thank you."

"Chloe has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our 11 month old was co sleeping with us, contacting napping with every nap and would be up all hours of the night and would barely sleep until we went to bed ourselves which was exhausting.
