Terms and Conditions - The Dream Club Sleep Consultant

1. Payment Terms

Payment for consultations and services must be made at least 5 days in advance of the

scheduled appointment date.

For bookings made within 5 days of the consultation, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

If payment is not received in time, your appointment will immediately be released for someone else to take.

2. Cancellation Policy

Day 4-3 before the consultation: A 75% refund will be provided.

24 to 48 hours before the consultation: A refund of 50% of the total fee will be provided.

0 to 24 hours before the consultation: A refund of 25% of the total fee will be provided.

After the consultation has taken place, no refund will be provided in any circumstances.

The Dream Club reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of The Dream Club cancelling, the client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

Instalment Payments:

If a client is paying in instalments and decides not to complete the plan or no longer wishes to follow it, they are required to continue paying the instalments in full if the consultation has already taken place.

If The Dream Club terminates the agreement, we will calculate the outstanding balance by

deducting the cost of unused support days from the total amount owed, as outlined in the

Termination section below.

The first instalment payment is due 5 days prior to the consultation. if it has not been received the appointment will be released for someone else to take.

3. Termination by The Dream Club

After the consultation, if The Dream Club deems it necessary to terminate the agreement, the following refunds apply:

3 days support - support will be refunded at £20/day

7 days support - support will be refunded at £14/day

14 days support - support will be refunded at £10/day

21 days support - support will be refunded at £8/day

If the client is paying in instalments and The Dream Club terminates the agreement, we will provide a breakdown of the outstanding balance, deducting the cost of unused support days from the total amount owed.

The cost of the consultation itself is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Use of Support Days

Support days will be dictated by the package purchased.

If a client purchases 3 days or 7 days of support, these days must be taken consecutively following the first night of implementation of the sleep plan.

If clients purchase 14 or 21 days of ‘Pause and Play’ support, it is their responsibility to use these days while their baby is still in the age range accommodated by their initial plan. (Babies 4-14 months, Toddlers 15 - 36 months)

It is the client’s responsibility to utilise the support while working through the plan

It is the client’s responsibility to initiate the contact with The Dream Club during the support period.

Support is available via WhatsApp/Text 9.30am-5.30pm UK time, 7 days a week. The Dream Club will endeavour to respond to all communication received within those hours as soon as possible, notwithstanding personal circumstances.

If a pause in support days is required, this will be at The Dream Club’s discretion.

Any WhatsApp support is the clients responsibility to use. No refund can be given for unused support as I plan and limit my workload around my 1:1 clients.

5. Data Retention and Privacy

i. In order for me to be able to assess your child's sleep problems and support you I will need to record personal information about you and your family. This information includes yours and your child’s name, age, address, phone number, email address, and GP practice. I will also ask relevant questions regarding medical information and aspects of your family history. This information will be stored securely. Other personal data such as your name, address and/or date of birth will be used to verify your identify if there is a need to contact your G.P .

ii. This personal information will be held for a period of 2 years after your final consultation, except where there is a mutually agreed decision to retain it for longer, or where I believe that it is in my best professional interests to do so.

iii. Any notes that I keep while working with you will be a brief factual record of each session. These notes will be held for a period of two years as noted in point 2 of this document. Any paper notes made will be anonymised.

iv. I may make these notes available to a relevant third party where there is an ethical duty for me to do so, for example to avoid serious harm to yourself or another person, including the safeguarding of children or vulnerable adults.

v. Any communication by email or mobile phone communication will be securely kept. My computer and my phone are password protected.

vi. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party for any reasons other than those mentioned above.

Your Rights

1.You have the right to ask to see any information held by me about you or your child, and you will need to submit a request via email. You also have the right to ask for information that you believe to be incorrect to be rectified. I will endeavour to provide you with the information requested within two weeks.

If you are concerned about the way that your information is being held please discuss this with me.

6. Client Responsibility

By booking with The Dream Club, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in their

personalised sleep plan and to engage in the process with consistency.

7. Liability

The Dream Club provides advice and strategies to assist with sleep; results may vary, and

success depends on consistent implementation by the client.

The Dream Club is not liable for outcomes beyond it’s control, including unforeseen

developmental changes or external circumstances.

8. Claims

In the event of any claims being made against The Dream Club Sleep Consultant, all claims must be brought under UK jurisdiction

The Dream Club Sleep Consultant reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.

By completing a booking and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
